One of the UK’s top energy providers, Octopus Energy, joined TWO FRIARGATE in 2024. Since that time, they have created a space that is not only giving back to their team, but is growing too.
Octopus took a further 45,000 sq ft of space in November 2024, highlighting their satisfaction with the quality of the office space and their ability to make it their own as key reasons behind their expansion.

Octopus has taken advantage of the generous working space offered at TWO FRIARGATE, developing areas that allow team members to feel as involved or as separated as they like. Their use of a variety of desk layouts, sizes and shapes enables this seamlessly, without compromising on space or comfort.
They have also given time to creating a variety of bespoke meeting areas. From traditional boardrooms to smaller, more private spaces, Octopus has installed options for any style of meeting. As part of this, they have also constructed more contemporary, open areas that allow for full team discussions or one-to-one conversations in more relaxed environments.

TWO FRIARGATE’S floor-to-ceiling windows surround the offices, allowing for plenty of natural light. The Octopus team have also maximised their kitchen space, creating a distinct, coffee shop-style area that has everything they could need for breakfast, lunch or a convenient snack. This space also features a games area, including table tennis and pool tables for more stimulating breaks.
